Is it art?

No ,not really.It's just a pastime.

Doodles  can create pattern .

They can be  decorative.

And they can be illustrative of one's inner ,unconscious thoughts.

So how to make art out of a doodle?

One of the answers lies in the design and in the composition.

Another imperative is the meaning  or the feelings conveyed by the image.
